OVERVIEW

Neutrogena partnered with Amazon to strengthen customer loyalty and drive sales across its diverse skin care systems through the Amazon “Moments” program—a rewards-driven initiative that encourages brand engagement with incentives. As the first beauty and skin care brand to join the program, Neutrogena positioned itself as an innovator in digital promotions, offering Amazon customers a $6 Prime Video credit with the purchase of $25 or more in select products. This approach not only rewarded customers for shopping Neutrogena but also tied the brand to Amazon’s ecosystem of entertainment and convenience.

PROCESS

My role was to design a full suite of campaign assets tailored for Amazon’s unique media ecosystem. I composited Neutrogena’s hero products into lifestyle-driven backgrounds, ensuring the visuals felt both aspirational and authentic while aligning with Neutrogena’s clean, modern brand identity. These assets were used across the Amazon landing page, display media banners, and Fire Tablet wake screens, creating a seamless brand experience from discovery to purchase.

To maximize performance, I developed multiple variations of creative assets for A/B testing, optimizing product placement, background treatments, and messaging to ensure higher engagement. The designs needed to not only catch the customer’s eye within Amazon’s high-traffic environment but also build trust by visually reinforcing Neutrogena’s credibility as a dermatologist-recommended brand.

RESULTS

The campaign results demonstrated the power of pairing strategic incentives with strong creative execution:

  • 76% of purchasers were repeat Neutrogena customers, showcasing a significant boost in loyalty.
  • The campaign drove over 205,000 brand searches attributed directly to the promoted products.
  • Achieved an overall unique reach of 24 million customers.
  • Generated 243,305 detail page views and over 67,000 purchases during the campaign flight.

By combining reward-driven engagement with carefully crafted visuals, Neutrogena successfully deepened customer loyalty and increased visibility on one of the world’s largest retail platforms. This campaign highlights my ability to design effective e-commerce creative that not only elevates brand perception but also drives measurable results.
